Youth Handgun Safety Training – Important Details & Requirements
✔ Age Requirement: Minimum age is 8 years old (mature).
✔ Parent/Guardian Requirement: A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire session.
✔ Firearm Safety Commitment: Students must be able to follow all safety instructions and demonstrate responsible behavior.
✔ Training Location: Conducted entirely at an indoor gun range—no classroom portion.
✔ What You’ll Learn: Hands-on instruction covering handgun fundamentals, safe handling, stance, grip, sight alignment, and trigger control.
✔ Firearm & Equipment: Students may bring their own handgun or rent one at the range.
✔ Ammunition & Fees: Students are responsible for range fees, ammunition, and firearm rental (if needed).
✔ Protective Gear: Eye and ear protection required (included in range fee).
✔ Attire: Closed-toe shoes and high-neck shirts recommended for safety.

Student Responsibilities
Before attending your session, please note the following:
- Liability Waiver: Each student must read and sign the liability waiver prior to participating.
- Range Rules: All students are required to abide by the gun range’s rules and regulations at all times.
- Range Fee: The range fee must be paid directly to the gun range upon completion of your shooting session.
Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
All class fees are NON REFUNDABLE and do not include the range fee.
If you need to reschedule your class date, please call (832) 930-3338 as soon as possible. We require 24 hours advanced notice to reschedule.
Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to attend this class, including Active Duty Military
